SHOULD WE OPEN THE WINDOWS TO CHANGE THE AIR?

Opening the windows frequently is one of the basic hygiene rules which were well known to our grandfathers. Unfortunately today this practice creates more problems than it solves.
Opening the windows can only let the outside polluted air in, disperse precious warmth in winter and let hot air in in summer!

SHOULD WE KEEP THE WINDOWS ALWAYS CLOSED?
Radon, dust, allergens, toxic gases and hundreds of chemical substances would accumulate in the environment due to the continuous release from paints, furniture, clothing, building materials, pets and even our own body.
Soon our house would become a gas chamber even more polpute than the air of a big city!
